Front End Loader Ticket - MultiSkills Training

Front End Loaders are machines that are commonly used on building, civil construction and landfill sites. Operation of a Front End Loader requires a certificate of competency. In this course, you will learn the skills needed to get your Front End Loader ticket.

Over the duration of your front end loader training, you’ll learn a number of valuable and imperative skills needed for the secure and proficient handling of front end loaders. This includes planning and preparing; conducting machine pre-operational checks; operating the machine; lifting, carrying and placing materials; relocating the machine; carrying out machine operator maintenance and cleaning up. Our Front End Loader ticket course is specially designed to teach students to work safely and efficiently so that they can succeed throughout their career.

This course will teach you the skills to:

  • Understand front end loader types and characteristics
  • Understand front end loader capabilities and characteristics
  • Understand basic principles of soils
  • Calculate safe working loads
  • Operate the front end loader and use attachments
  • Interpret drawings and sketches
  • Apply site and equipment safety requirements

Duration

  • 3 Days (24 hours). 7:45AM to 4:00PM each day

  • This course can be delivered to accommodate learning styles and employment arrangements. Weekends available.

Eligibility

  • As MultiSkills Training is not CRICOS approved we are unable to enrol any students that are on a student VISA, if you are on a student VISA you will need to go to a TAFE or RTO that is CRICOS approved.

  • Ability to comprehend the English language
  • A USI Number (Unique Student Identifier) Visit: www.usi.gov.au
  • Must complete a pre-training review prior to course commencement
  • Proof of identity
  • Safety footwear

Additional Information

  • Upon successful completion of this course, you will be issued with a nationally accredited statement of attainment
