Do I have to book?
Yes, booking is essential to secure your spot. Please book online or contact us to discuss your options.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available onsite at all of our campuses.
What are your business hours?
We are open 7.30AM to 4.00PM Monday to Friday however we also offer after hours and weekend training options.
Do you offer training at our site?
Yes, in most cases we can conduct training at your site. This is for corporate clients.
What do I need to wear?
Typically safety footwear and a high visibility shirt/vest. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for more details.
Do I need to be over 18 to train with MultiSkills?
An age restriction of 17 years of age and over applies to most of our courses however you must be 18 years and over for all WorkSafe licences and Elevated Work Platform Association competencies.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Cheques, and Zip Pay.
What assessment modes are used?
During your course, both paper-based and digital assessments will be used. Devices for digital assessments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own device (tablet or laptop) if you prefer.
If you bring your own device, please ensure it is fully charged. Wi-Fi will be available for your use.
Devices provided by us will operate in incognito mode and adhere to our strict data privacy policy.
What happens if I do not pass my assessment?
We are sorry to hear that. You may come back for a re-assessment. Reassessment fees may apply.
